2. General Terms and Conditions
By using our website you agree to abide to the terms and conditions stipulated below. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
 
3. Design Studio
All artwork created in the Design Studio section of our website is for guidance only and does not imply an accurate representation of the finished product. Reference needs to be made to photographs for an example of a finished item. Sample packs of specific finished products can also be obtained by placing an order via the website. Copyright of all artwork will remain with Cleartouch at all times. Personal information entered into the website will remain confidential and for the sole use of processing your order. Your Database It is your responsibility to ensure that names of all guests, invitees etc are correctly spelt and entered. Cleartouch will not be held responsible for any misspellings or typos. Any corrections after processing an online order will be subject to additional charges and processed as a new order. Payment will be as per normal online terms for bespoked orders.
 
4. Return, refund and cancellation policy
Bespoke Items (This includes all Wedding Stationery and Party Stationery items.) Once an order has been processed online it cannot be cancelled. Cleartouch are not liable for any spelling mistakes and/or text layout that are discovered after the order has been processed online. In the event that a mistake is made by Cleartouch, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Standard Products If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reasons, the following conditions will apply; Items should be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 14 days for the rest of the world. Returned items would need to be sent back together with the returns form. This form is normally sent out with the despatch of your order. Failure to return items within the specified days would prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by recorded or registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. All refunds will be processed within three days from the date of receipt of your request. If payment was made by cheque Cleartouch will issue a cheque for the value of the goods returned. If payment was made by credit card refund would be made within one day. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If an item is out of stock, or the substitute item is out of stock we will contact you within three days to either offer an alternative item or a refund. Damaged Goods Upon receipt of your goods it is your responsibility to inspect them. You should unpack your order and check that you are happy before signing the courier’s delivery note. Once signed liability and responsibility for damaged goods passes to yourself. Incorrect Goods If your order is incorrect and it is our fault we will arrange for our courier to collect them from you. If you made a mistake with your bespoke item it cannot be returned. In the case of standard products if for any reason you decide to no longer keep your goods you have 14 days from date of original order to return the goods in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. If returning by Royal Mail you will need to obtain a proof of posting. Goods have to be returned in their original state. Cancellation Bespoke orders processed online cannot be cancelled. Bespoke orders placed by fax or post can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement of order subject to an administrative fee of £25. Standard product orders processed online can be cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellation needs to be made either by email, post or fax subject to an administrative fee of £25. Standard product orders placed by fax, post or phone can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement of order subject to an administrative fee of £25. Special orders placed by fax or post can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement of order subject to an administrative fee of £25.
 
5. Delivery policy
All stationery item orders are delivered by UK Express delivery and charged at £15 including VAT per consignment. All none stationery item orders are delivered by UK Express delivery and charged at £35 including VAT per consignment. Delivery to the rest of the world will be quoted on a job per job basis. UK Express delivery Bespoke Orders As soon as your order has been processed via our website production and delivery will take up to four weeks. Once your order has been despatched you will be sent an email confirming delivery, items delivered and consignment reference details. You can use this number on the site in the ‘Order Status’ section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. Standard Products Delivery is five working days on orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Your goods will be dispatched within three working days from the day you place your order and should arrive at your delivery address within five working days. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the ‘Order Status’ section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. Orders will be sent using TNT Express service and will require a signature on receipt. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving, please allow up to 2 working days from scheduled delivery date before emailing us at info@cleartouch.co.uk we will then carry out an investigation through TNT and keep you informed of developments. European delivery Subject to agreement of delivery costs, conditions relating to delivery are the same as for UK Express delivery. However, you should allow up to 5-7 days for delivery. All consignments will be delivered by TNT. If your parcel goes missing, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before emailing us at info@cleartouch.co.uk we will then carry out an investigation through TNT and keep you informed of developments. Delivery to the rest of the world Subject to agreement of delivery costs, conditions relating to delivery are the same as for UK Express delivery. However, you should allow up to 7-14 days for delivery. All consignments will be delivered by TNT. If your parcel goes missing please allow up to 21 working days for delivery before emailing us at info@cleartouch.co.uk we will then carry out an investigation through TNT and keep you informed of developments.
 
6. Transaction currency or currencies clearly displayed
All prices quoted are in Pound Sterling and are inclusive of all UK taxes. Customs and taxes Shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Such charges, if any, must be borne by you.

Payment Information
Minimum order value is £85 inclusive of VAT but exclusive of carriage.
 
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke Orders are payable in full prior to commencement of production. Payment will be processed at time of ordering. We accept payment in the form of cheques, credit cards and debit cards. We are unable to accept cash. Standard despatch from date of order is three weeks. If delivery is longer you will besent an email informing you of revised despatch schedule. Standard Products Cheques Goods will be despatched three days after processing your cheque. In the case of out of stock items we will advise you of the situation. We will either offer you alternative products, wait for the item to come back in stock or offer a refund. If you choose a refund this would be processed within three days. If you choose an alternative product this item will be less or of greater value than the out of stock item that you had originally ordered. Credit and Debit Cards We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch. All online payment is processed through Protx (www.protx.com) and in line with their secure online payment terms and conditions. Currently we do not accept AMEX, Diners card or Electron. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to process your payment. In the case of out of stock items we will advise you of the situation. We will either offer you alternative products, wait for the item to come back in stock or a refund. If you choose a refund this would be processed within one day.If the item is out of stock they will be notified within 2 days and a full refund given.
 
9. Mailings from Cleartouch.
We have a policy not to forward or sell your information to any third party. Your details are kept for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and future orders. Offers will only be sent out once a month.
 
10. Under 18 years of age
If you are under 18 years of age we will require consent from a parent or guardian. Details of information required is included in order processing section of our website.
 
11. Feedback and Complaints
If for any reason you are not happy with the level of service you have received or with the quality of the goods then please contact us. All complaints will be dealt with within 5 working days of receipt. We will either contact you by phone or email. We aim to provide excellent service with excellent value for money products. Your feedback, whether positive or negative is important in helping us to achieve these goals.
